NEO-COLONIALISM

 Imperialism according to V I Lenin is Highest Stage Of Capitalism. Whilst  Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah saw Neo-colonialism as Last Stage of Imperialism.

Neo-colonialism is Cultural Imperialism. Imperialists hide their activities in subtle ways. They use Western Decadent Educational Ideas , Policies and Cultural Values to enslave , oppress and dominate peoples and nations.

Under Colonialism brute force was used for enslavement  , oppression and control of peoples. For development and production of commodities. Industrialization rendered Slave Trade unprofitable and hence abolition of Feudalism which replaced Slavery,

 Capitalism displaced Feudalism. And gave birth to a two Class Society. Where labour of Majority Working Class are paid wages by Capitalists. The Capitalists , Minority Class , are "owners" of means of production , distribution and exchange. 

Increasing and efficient production of Commodities created crisis of over production within the Capitalist System of Production. Poor wages given to the Workers who sell their labour to Capitalists make them unable to consume enough of fruits of their labour or the Commodities. 

The need to find new markets for sale of over produced or supplous Commodities forced Capitalists to explore new nations.
